Acceptable Use Policy

What is and is not allowed on Bashert Matchmaking. This policy applies to every applicant and member.

1. Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs all use of Bashert Matchmaking, operated by Bashert Events — including applications, interviews, profile materials, communications with us, and conduct arising from introductions we make. It works together with our Terms and Conditions. Violation of this AUP is grounds for immediate removal from the Service without refund, and referral to law enforcement where appropriate.

2. Age requirements

  • You must be at least 18 years old to apply, join, or use the Service in any way.
  • Minors are strictly prohibited from the Service. Any attempt to register a minor, misrepresent a minor's age, or involve a minor in the Service in any way will result in immediate removal and referral to law enforcement.
  • We may require proof of age at any time.

3. Illegal acts

You may not use the Service to commit, facilitate, promote, or conceal any act that is illegal under local, state, or federal law. This includes, without limitation, fraud, identity theft, extortion, drug trafficking, money laundering, and any violent or exploitative crime.

4. Prohibited content

The following content is prohibited in applications, profiles, photos, interviews, and any communication connected to the Service:

  • Sexually explicit or pornographic content of any kind, including in profile photos or descriptions.
  • Any content depicting, describing, or sexualizing minors — child sexual exploitation or abuse material of any kind. We report such material to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and law enforcement.
  • Content depicting, promoting, or threatening sexual violence or non-consensual sexual conduct.
  • Non-consensual intimate content of any person — sharing, or threatening to share, intimate images of any person without their consent.
  • Content that promotes hatred, violence, or harassment against any person or group.
  • False or misleading identity, age, marital status, photos, or biographical information.

5. Prohibited behavior

  • Facilitation of human trafficking or sex trafficking in any form, including recruiting, transporting, or soliciting any person for exploitation.
  • Sexual exploitation or abuse of any person, or aiding, abetting, or encouraging abuse of any kind.
  • Prostitution, escort services, or solicitation of commercial sexual services.
  • Scams or fraud targeting members or the Service — including romance scams, requests for money, investment solicitations, phishing, or any scheme intended to defraud users of the platform.
  • Harassment, stalking, threats, intimidation, or continued contact with a member after they have declined further contact.
  • Sexual violence or coercion of any kind, including pressuring a member for sexual contact.
  • Recording or sharing another member's personal information, photos, or communications without their consent.
  • Using the Service for commercial promotion, recruitment, or any purpose other than a genuine search for a romantic relationship.
  • Attempting to circumvent removal from the Service by reapplying under a different identity.

6. Reporting and enforcement

If you experience or witness a violation of this policy, report it immediately to sandidge.moriah@gmail.com. If anyone is in immediate danger, call 911 first. We review every report, and we may suspend or remove any member, refuse any applicant, and cooperate with law enforcement at our sole discretion. We may update this policy at any time; the current version will always be posted on this page.
